We are experiencing delays in the following due to other organisations disruption:

- Marriage, death and birth record manual searches (Up to 3 weeks)

- Military service verification (Up to 6 months)

- Some financial background and asset search's (Up to 3 weeks)

All Operant Investigators services are operating as normal, where investigations do not rely on other agencies we expect no delays or disruption to our clients.

We are fortunate that our business does not require regular physical contact with others usually. As such our services have been able to be offered & given through out the pandemic, as we are approaching the end of the restrictions we remain largely unaffected. We still do not regularly meet with clients face to face unless special circumstances dictate this. There some delays with third parties which in the instance of government related or contracted bodies means the delays are unavoidable unfortunately.
