Pro Bono Work

Case Work

Requirements for pro bono case work :

- Extenuating circumstances
- Investigator input has a reasonable expectation of being beneficial
- The applicants need for pro bono goes beyond unaffordability
- Principle investigation is required in the UK
- The police have concluded their enquiries
- Not related to child custody

Our pro bono service is a community service project entirely funded by Operant Investigators Ltd to give back. Because our investigators are dedicating there own time and money to these cases our vetting process & requirements are strict.

The initial request must include details which demonstrate the genuine need for a pro bono case. Short form submissions which lack detail and  submissions which have clearly not read this page in full are automatically rejected.
